Power Access provides troubleshooting support over the phone for the lifetime of our openers, at no charge. Instead of having an expensive independent repairman travel to service our units, we will identify and resolve 99% of issues over the phone, speaking with someone on-site and walking through troubleshooting steps. Once identified, if parts are required, we will provide additional assistance upon customer's receipt of the replacement parts.

Types of Support We Offer

Over the Phone

You have direct access to our support team for the lifetime of your opener - at no charge. Our team speaks with someone on-site at the opener at an arranged time, and walks through troubleshooting steps to pinpoint the exact cause of any problems.

In addition to many decades of collective experience with our openers, they are ingeniously built with few components, making it easy to identify issues and recommend solutions in the moment.

FaceTime

We will FaceTime with someone while they are on-site so we can be there virtually and guide the troubleshooting process.

In Our Shop

Typically, with older units, a multiple of issues requires repairs in-house. Our shop manager tests these units at no charge and determines if a repair is cost-effective.

In any case, we will contact you with specific details and an estimate of repair for your decision. In this instance, we also provide a replacement discount if you choose to purchase a new unit.

Shipping for in-shop estimates is paid by the customer.
